Shipping Policy
Orders within India are processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the location and courier availability. We provide real-time WhatsApp tracking updates so you can follow your order’s location and estimated delivery date at any time.
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹499 within India. For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. This link allows you to monitor your shipment in real time, including live status, location, and estimated delivery date.
We also ship internationally. Shipping rates and timelines depend on your destination and are calculated at checkout. For assistance with international orders, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email for detailed delivery options and costs.
Return & Exchange Policy
At PlayNOBI, we proudly create premium, eco-friendly, and development-focused toys tested by children for fun, learning value, age suitability, durability, and ease of assembly. We are confident your child will enjoy the PlayNOBI experience. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a No Questions Asked Return Policy.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all components intact. Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase. Products that show signs of use, have missing parts, or are damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support Team via email, WhatsApp, or live chat. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return address. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. The time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank's processing speed.
Please note that returns initiated after 15 calendar days from delivery are not eligible for a refund. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for priority resolution.
